#12 Get Famous Podcasting

Um

My relationship with this podcast changes on a daily basis

Um, I think a lot about why the hell i'm doing this

And uh

I cannot deny that some of it is for selfish reasons

Why wouldn't it be

But then i'm also thinking of the possibility that

Perhaps um in the future

I'm gonna, you know, obviously we all croak

We all take a forever nap eventually

And that's going to happen to me as well

and then

but

My digital creations including this here podcast that you're listening to

This will remain forever

So

So i'm thinking about it that way although this podcast has no listeners I thought it did earlier

Nobody's listening

So it's basically just an audio log of

Brett

And whoever's listening to this right now

Um, you might be

Might be my son

You might be um my grandson or my granddaughter

God willing

So

I'm looking at it that way now

So

The objective of this podcast is to explore truth

Explore things that i've um

Well, not only explore truth but share like, uh

My insights

Because every day

Every day I change my perspective a little bit. I'm forever changing

Most people are forever always changing and my perspective changes on a daily basis

And my relationship with this here podcast changes on a daily basis

And now i'm thinking of thinking of it in that perspective i've abandoned all the ideas or all

Hopes

Of getting

I don't think I ever necessarily wanted to get famous doing this

But I wanted like, you know, I thought it would be nice to have some recognition to

participate in the podcast ecosystem

In one way or another but

Barring that

It probably won't happen. Maybe it'll happen. Who knows? It doesn't matter

I shouldn't do it for that

I shouldn't do it for recognition if i'm doing it for recognition. It's uh

It's a fool's errand it's never gonna

And I don't have the the motivation to promote myself anyway

But

I'm rambling here

I honestly forgot what I was going to talk about this morning

But man the the gloomy weather continues to

to uh

To keep its death grip continues to have a death grip on on the valley on the northern california valley

Haven't seen the sun in probably three to four weeks

Pretty crazy weather we've been having it's

I understand it's called an inversion layer

Where the surface of the valley is warmer. I mean, sorry got that backwards

The surface of the valley is colder than the air above

And that's what we've been stuck in it's actually quite a rare pattern

And the reason it happened is because early in the season

We got a bunch of rain well not a bunch we got a decent storm

like

mid-october or so

So it was just enough to get all the ground nice and wet

Right before the weather turned cold

so that that

That moisture didn't evaporate

So we got

This situation now, that's my theory. Anyway, i'm not i'm not a fucking meter meteorologist. So give me a break

If i'm wrong about that i'm fucking wrong. So

Yeah

That's all I got for this morning's update I reckon I don't know what else to talk about right now

Who cares about my stocks

Who like honestly who really cares about what i'm working on right now

I can tell i'm working on text speech pdf reader. I guess that's more important than my stocks

Has a little bit more substance than stocks but working on text speech pdf reader

I got a nice review from somebody this morning somebody from new zealand. I got a five-star review

Which was a nice little boost confidence because it just so happens. That's the app i'm working on right now

i'm porting over

I'm seeing it as a sign from god
